It seems easy to use, nice and compact, easy to facilitate a variety of functions. When I initially setup the camera per the online instructions, I had a difficult time connecting to the app--the battery worked accordingly. It took some playing around to understand all the different light signals, but eventually I was able to record a little bit. The next day (after a full night charge) the unit would not connect to the app at all. Then it was turning off by itself; then not turn off at all (only possible by removing the battery). I left the camera completely disconnected for a full day, while I tried to find solutions in online forums and on the Runcam website. I've now had the camera for about a week and I just don't have the energy to mess with it anymore. The last time I messed with it, it ONLY recorded while plugged in; it still only turns off by completely removing the battery. If I tried another Runcam product, I'd probably try the 4K version, I just don't like that it can't be 4K and also black; it looks like it only comes in orange.
