I tested all components on my test stand using Spektrum equipment before assembly. All seemed to work. I ran the plane around my driveway OK. 1st trip to fly field elevator servo no good. 2nd time to fly field motor smoked. So at this point, since I have never gotten off the ground I'm not very enthusiastic. My E-Flite and Flex Innovation 3D planes work great.

Kicker is optional but would need to be foam-safe. This Sbach ad has linked instructions and the instructions don't indicate what kind of glue to use. Also, the instructions are outdated as, in part, they indicate servo arm extensions are part of the kit but were not included. For the CA issue, I used regular CA and no kicker. I used a CA tip that has a tiny tube to apply the CA sparingly directly to the areas where CA is needed. I started with the stab/elevator and rudder and set them aside to dry. Lo and behold, there are now small holes on the opposite sides of the foam where the CA was applied and the foam cooked. That's so sad to me because I was hoping for a clean assembly. Luckily, I hadn't yet applied glue to the wings. Ugh! Aside from the assembly issues, I'm confident this will be a great flying plane.

I hand launched her on her maiden and she flew straight and true with only a few clicks of down elevator. A nice looking and flying model. Recomended to a flying friend at the Central Ridge RC Club and he loves it also.

Not a show piece (reference everyone’s complaints about the ink smudging) but an incredible flyer for the money and much more rugged for travel to and from the field than other foamy’s I’ve had in the past. Would buy again for sure. Love it.

Inspection revealed 2 pairs of motor poles' insulation burnt. As a precaution both motor and ESC replaced with locally obtained spares, as trust in the original parts lost. MotionRC were advised via their website, with supporting pictures, but to date no reply. Shame as the model is good.
