Wrong Product Received


We apologize that we have shipped you the incorrect product. Before contacting Motion RC Customer Service, please double check your invoice to confirm that the part number (SKU) of the product you received is different than the part number on the invoice. Keep all packing material and original boxes as you will be required to return the incorrect item (Motion RC will pay the cost of return shipping).

Instructions:

  1. Complete the new ticket form below with the details of the incorrect product you received.
  2. Attach a picture of the incorrect product you received and a picture of the packing slip in the Email Message section below (where is says "Drop files here or choose them"). These two photos will help expedite the return process.
  3. Once we receive your ticket, a customer support specialist will contact you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and they will set up a new replacement order for the correct product.
